Below is our Official Shipping Policy, explaining how we process, package, and deliver your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing time may be slightly delayed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout.
All orders are shipped via USPS or other trusted carriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and postal service delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you.
You will be responsible for paying the reshipment fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Botánica Alafia is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”
Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local post office.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Email botanica.alafia121@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your case and provide a resolution if applicable.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
