At Botánica Alafia, we take pride in the spiritual integrity and energy of every product we create. Due to the nature of our items and services, all sales are final.

 

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This applies to:

  • Spiritual kits

  • Ritual candles

  • Herbs

  • Custom items

  • Spiritual services

Each item is created, packaged, or prepared with sacred intention and cannot be restocked or reused once sold.

 

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at botanica.alafia121@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging

We will review your case and respond accordingly. In some cases, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.

 

No Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before completing your purchase.

 

Order Not Received

If your order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it, we are not responsible. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local post office

  • Ensuring your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
