Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods or sales, processing time may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS or other trusted carriers.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and postal service delays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package is scanned.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you. You will be responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Botánica Alafia is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is safe and secure.
If your package shows as delivered but is missing, we recommend contacting your local post office.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
